Start With the Basics
Modern medicine has shown us that not only do we have to take care of our digestive systems for the sake of processing food, but also for the sake of our immune systems. And we are discovering that our bodies are effected when there aren’t enough good bacteria in them. This is why I take a quality probiotic. One pill each night before bed, and my stomach has improved functioning, aka more consistent poops. (I said it!) The more I understand what my body needs, and what has been stripped out of my environment, the more thankful I am for supplements!
